Founding history:
The school was founded in 1990 and is located in Siu Kwai Court, Tuen Mun. It is the fourth kindergarten under the jurisdiction of Lok Sin Tong, Kowloon. During the preparation period, the Chairman of Lok Sin Tong, Zhang Nianping, in order to follow the intention of his benevolent mother, Mrs. Cheung, for promoting education and raising children, generously donated funds as the founding funds of the kindergarten. In addition, Lok Sin Tong of Kowloon allocated funds to help. The kindergarten is named Lok Sin Tong Cheung yip Mou Ching, showing the virtues.

Vision:

Adhering to the service tenet of "establishing schools and cultivating talents" of Lok Sin Tong, Kowloon, we provide non-profit, high-quality pre-school education services for children in the district. Cultivate children's good moral character and let them grow up healthy in a caring culture.

Mission Statement:

By taking "Benevolence, Love, Diligence, Honesty" as the motto, and the five aspects of educations "Moral, Intelligence, Sports, Sociability and Aesthetics" as the guiding principle of curriculum, and  for the purpose of meeting the needs of the society and family, we provide diversified and excellent child care services to let children obtain a balanced physical and mental development through activities and life experiences in a pleasant learning environment. In addition, we offer different scholarships for encouragement.
